          This type burner is improved and from foreign solid combustion process.
          This equipment has reached to advanced level at home.This burner contains: 1.coal powder preparation system; 2. coal powder storage system; 3.coal powder metering system; 4.coal powder conveying and air distribution system; 5. coal powder combustion system and hot air furnace; 6. automatic ignition system for diesel oil; 7. hot air furnace and hot air pipe automatic discharge system; 8. process production line of hot air furnace, thermodynamic instrument (strong electricity) automatic control cabinet system (PLC, reserved DCS system high voltage/low voltage communication interface). Hot air process production line is composed by all parts mentioned above.

          Advantages

          Features different from other equipment:

          1. Customized coal powder preparation system consists of: coal powder screening, coal powder mill and powder discharging system; the finess of coal powder outlet which reaches to 80 meshes accounts for over 90%, which completely solve problems such as complex structure, large covering area, lots of wear parts, uneasily management and pollution (applied to coal powder preparation system with output of below 10 tons per hour).

          2. There is an upper, a lower charge level indicator, CO detection, silo pressure detection, carbon dioxide injection explosion proof, silo weighing and other relevant devices installed on coal powder steel silo. Human experience is not the basis to judge whether the coal powder steel silo warehouse is vacant or full and safe explosion-proof. 

          3. Manual ignition is completely replaced by diesel oil automatic ignition system. The ignition time of hot air furnace is very short (3 to 5 minutes). The hot air burner can be started very fast. It only takes several minutes to start production. It can meet process production requests at any time. It doesn’t need a great amount of wood for ignition. There is no pollution produced in the process. It really realizes modernized production.

          4. There is a hot air pipe and automatic slag discharge system added in this equipment. It is composed of mechanical type discharging valve and automatic slag discharging machine. This system completely changes problems of heavy labor, labor safety and environmental pollution. It can be called a great reformation of for coal injection burner.

          5. There is a thermodynamic instrument automatic control system set in hot air furnace process line. it is a kind of process which realizes automatic the operation of current, voltage, linkage relationship, pressure, coal powder level, automatic vibration dis-charger, the amount of coal powder, the corresponding relationship between coal powder amount and the temperature of hot air furnace and the corresponding relationship among primary air and secondary air and furnace pressure. In addition,  it leaves a communication interface for DCS system and the goal of automatic control is achieved by PLC system. Meanwhile, this process is composed of manual and automatic switches.
          This whole set of equipment is composed of some national patents such as efficient energy-saving diffusion type coal furnace and double swirl coal powder burner. Main technical parameters: heat support capacity: 10GJ/Hr to 280GJ/Hr; thermal efficiency: more than 90%; the emission of NOX, CO and SO2 meets the national standard. It is guaranteed that there is no environmental pollution and noise caused inside and outside the workshop.

          Industrial characteristics of L series double swirl coal powder burner;
          This L series coal powder burner is developed from American coal powder burner and industrial boiler. It is characterized by low cost and easy operation.its other features are following:
          1. At the outlet of burner, fuels are distributed evenly and air is distributed reasonably. The mixture point of primary air and secondary air is proper. The black flame at burner outlet is controlled from 200 mm to 350 mm for timely ignition and strong combustion.
          2. Well-organized aerodynamic field is beneficial for ignition; beneficial for proper mixture of coal powder and air; can avoid slag built-up; generally, primary air rotates weakly; secondary air produces strong current rotation by special structure; partial secondary air can be transformed into toroidal DC wind in order to adjust swirling intensity of secondary air. Through special structure,primary air can also make the adjustment of primary air and secondary reach to a proper mixture point. Therefore, with diffusion type combustion mode, this burner holds good regulation performance in order to implement different adjustment modes for varieties of coal.
          3. The resistance of primary air is very small. Coefficient of primary resistance is 0.8 to 2. The coefficient of secondary air resistance is 5 to 6. Owing to features mentioned above,this machine can effectively adjust exit gas diffusion angle and re-circulation zone. It is a new efficient and energy-saving equipment which is widely applied to model selection of industrial kiln and boiler designed in our country. At the same time, it is suitable for host with direct injection system, that is the national patent product developed by our company: high efficiency energy saving type fan coal mill;
          4. Working principle and industrial characteristics of jet flame:

          It is presented in the picture: flame of this product holds both axial jet linear velocity and rotating tangential velocity. Flame backfire zone is moderate, which makes unburnt carbon particles enter front negative pressure zone through re circulation zone in order to fulfill the aim of re combustion. Therefore, the flame injected by this product is very stable and can further improve the combustion efficiency of coal powder. Therefore, the flame produced by this product is hollow rotary flame in order to achieve even temperature of flame in industrial kiln and boiler. What’s more, the fullness of flame is very good to guarantee product quality of thermal reaction.

          In industrial production, burning technical requirements are different in industrial kilns, which asks for various layout forms. When the single power of double swirling coal powder burner is too high, primary air will become thicker. Then, mixture in burner will be affected. When the single power of double swirling coal powder burner is too low, the production and maintenance will be very difficult. Our principle: the distance between swirling burners should be enough; air flow can expand freely and forms a back-flow zone, but they don’t interfere with each other; meanwhile, according to the length of flame injected by burner and effective distance from opposite wall, try to prevent the collision of flame to adjacent wall and firewall for preventing the slag-bonding between firewall and adjacent wall.           Adjustment methods of L series double swirling coal powder burner:
          Efficient coal injection combustion furnace
          1. Adjustment by wind wheel regulator of secondary wind;
          The main aim of wind wheel is to regulate the rotation dynamics of secondary wind; according to the product end labeled arrows, nut rotates clock-wisely the jin is in place; then the strongest secondary rotation dynamics is got. Step-nut rotates anticlockwise and the rotation strength of secondary air go weaker and weaker; meanwhile, annular straight line wind enters flame. Back-flow zone is weakened and flame is enlarged, which is beneficial for layout of boiler four angle arrangement burner.
          2. Primary air duct regulation
          Primary air duct regulation mainly aims at the best mixture point between primary air and secondary air.
          When nut of primary air rotates clockwise, the mixture point of primary air and secondary air will be late, which is better for coals whose volatile matter of coal is more. For those coals whose volatile matter is less, early mixture point is better for those coals whose volatile matter is less when nut of primary air rotates anticlockwise. no matter how the quality of coal, workers should constantly regulate in production process in order to make sure whether the combustion is good or not; then, further make sure the requirements of industrial boiler technology in order to reach best combustion.
          3. Adjustment of diffusion cone
          The aim of diffusion cone is adjusting the diffusion angle of flame at outlet. It is also called flame stabilizing device. The diffusion angle is decided according to the quality of coal in order to guarantee the uniform of flame fullness.
