            Design of Sludge Dehydration

          Suzhou Industrial Park sludge dry system adopts Dongwu cogeneration plant waste heat medium pressure saturated steam. The sludge drying treatment can achieve full dry or semi dry. Design is considered according to the stem (90% moisture rate of solid)  and leave the sludge semi dry (containing 70% solid content) interface. Heat drying sludge is sent to Dongwu cogeneration plant of CO incineration to achieve complete sludge final disposal.
          Materials processed: sludge in sewage disposal plant
          Process capacity: 1 to 5t/h
          Equipment configuration: lime bunker, sludge weighing device, mixer for sludge and rotary dryer 
           
           
           The use of power plant waste heat medium pressure saturated steam as sludge drying of heat source. thermal sludge dry of evacuation to heat and power plant CO combustion. The sludge CO combustion technology  in Suzhou Industrial Park sewage treatment works have obtained successful application. The project realizes sludge thermal drying by combining the organic system and thermal power plant system. Through the engineering of sludge heat drying CO combustion characteristics and the design of research and analysis, we can  provides reference and reference for treatment of similar sludge.
