            Sludge Dehydration Process

             The device settings to WWTP sludge dehydration workshop is next to the open space. it doesn't need new requisition land. it is designed to deal with the amount of sludge 40t/d (average moisture content of 80%); lime dosing rate of 15%-25%, after stacking and sufficiently exothermic, the final sludge moisture rate is 35%-45%. particle diameter is 10 to 25mm>80%. with process for sludge, calcium dry method has been applied to patent new technology sg-mixerdrum process. compared with  conventional sludge and calcium dry method,  the advantages are the realization of the sludge mixing and drying of functional zoning, uniform mixing, energy saving, accurate measurement of dosage and simple operation process.
